I booked a 1:1 step by step makeup lesson with Jody after meeting her at of her “10 years younger” makeup demonstrations and I realised it was time to update my makeup routine especially my eyeshadow application and colours. Jody is very friendly and instantly puts you at ease and guided me through each process. There was a colour analysis included in the lesson which I have found very useful as this has given me a better understanding of what shades suit me .
After the lesson Jody sends over a digital booklet that I can access anytime to remind myself of the colours and products used .

Fantastic morning with Jody learning how to apply my make up and new recommendations of products that are going to suit my skin better and give me that “sophisticated “ look that I seemed to have lost. She has helped me love my eyebrows with new products and I came away feeling fabulous.

With a family wedding looming I was in real need of practical advice on how to look my best for the day. The lesson with Jody was great she demonstrated techniques, gave recommendations on colours and products, and patiently guided me through how to create a polished look for the occasion. Jody then followed up with a link to show products used on day along with reminders on placement of products and tools to help achieve the look at home. I was extremely pleased with my appointment and Jody’s friendly and approachable style. I would strongly recommend Jody to anyone looking to gain confidence and knowledge in make up application

A wonderful make up artist! Jody came along and did the make up for a number of my bridesmaids on my wedding day. Each and every one of them looked flawless. Jody really listened to exactly what they wanted and made them all feel so relaxed.
Was also really easy on the admin side pre-wedding too, which was greatly appreciated.

What can I say, Jody was my makeup artist for my wedding on July 2nd 2026 and my makeup was amazing, from my trial I knew she was the artist for me. We clicked right away listened to what I envisioned and made it come to life whilst also knowing what to use to elevate the look. On the actual wedding day my bridesmaids looked stunning, and my makeup was insane, she worked off my natural look, and elevated it to a whole new level. I would highly recommend Jody her work is true art! Thankyou for doing your magic and making us not only look beautiful but also feel beautiful. Will defo be booking in for any future events!

Jody is excellent at giving make-up lessons and has transformed the way I apply my makeup and the products I use.
She provides thorough takeaway advice for product recommendations, colour advice, what to look out for/avoid for your skin tone.
Jody personalises her session so you can focus on the areas you want and get the right advice and help for what you need based on your preferences, style and time constraints etc.
She is clearly passionate about make up and skincare and making her clients feel well looked after.

We booked Jody for our daughter's prom this summer. My daughter is shy and self conscious but Jody was amazing at putting her at ease. She spent time during her trial appointment to go through options of what look/colours would suit. My daughter was so happy with her prom make up and had lots of compliments during the night. She didn't want to take it off. Can't thank Jody enough for her time and patience. 100% recommend ❤️❤️❤️.

Well .. what can I say! I've always loved make-up having inherited this passion from my grandma & mum...
Over the last year in particular the last 6 months I just felt it wasn't hitting the same or having the same impact!
I came across Jody on socials when she delivered a make-up masterclass for over 40's at a local salon ..what I loved is that she offers a wide range of makeup services but has a particular love for helping over 40's!
From the moment I met her in person we clicked and we both have so much passion and love for what we do!
First of all Jody joined me for my "Step into Autumn style masterclasses".. demonstrating on me..yes me MAKEUP FREE!!!
This was a HUGE and challenging moment for me after all I never really go makeup free but I had so much trust in her skill that I was happy to greet my workshop guests makeup-free as I knew it was important to show a "real lived-in face" and what the possibilities were and WOW I just felt amazing..she shared her simple yet effective tips with the audience and they were mesmerised!
Next step came me booking my own makeup lesson with Jody..this covered everything from my skin to how to place product to help my skin glow as well as giving me that "polished look" I was looking for..
I actually did half my face in the way I normally would and Jody helped me do the other side of my face to help me lift and brighten my face! And WOW again! I felt so beautiful and radiant even at 50!!
Jody also recommended products for me and sent me easy shoppable links ..I bought the foundation she receommended , lip liner and a few other bits and it's been so nice to have compliments on my makeup again from friends and relatives who have noticed the difference and I feel so much more confident.
I highly recommend Jody to ANYONE who needs that little glow-boost from the inside/out and frequently recommend her to my own clients.
Whether it's bridal or occasion makeup or if you're simply looking for a quick every day makeup routine that works for you she is your person and you will love every second!!

I booked Jody months ahead of my event based on her previous reviews and her brilliant Instagram page which gave me faith in her capabilities. Suffice to say that I was not disappointed! From the moment she walked in Jody made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was extremely professional but super friendly at the same time.
Jody had all of the best kit and products and with hardly any brief from me, created the most beautiful look in no time at all!

I met Jody at a wedding fair and instantly felt comfortable around her. I knew she knew what she was talking about and that she would do a great job for me on my wedding day.
Safe to say she did not disappoint, I got married 29th October 2025 and she nailed it! I felt so confident in the make up and had so many lovely comments. The make up was flawless and lasted all day/night. Safe to say I was sad to take it off at the end of the evening!! She did my mums make up too and she looked beautiful. Jody is not only a talented MUA but such a lovely, down to earth person who will 100% make you feel comfortable and like you’ve known her for years.
